I'm stepping up against cancer!

Losing my mum to cancer was the hardest thing I’ve ever faced. She was my best friend, my rock, and her strength and determination throughout her fight were beyond inspiring. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel the weight of that loss, and I know that pain will never truly go away.

I also had my own scare with cancer—melanoma. Thankfully, I caught it early and was able to have it completely removed, but it left a large scar on my face. While I’m grateful to be cancer-free, the experience was terrifying and gave me an even deeper understanding of how brutal this disease can be. On the bright side, the scar has become a great conversation starter—it’s a reminder of what I’ve overcome and a chance to spread awareness.

That’s why this year, I’m participating in Relay for Life—to honor my mum, to support those still fighting, and to raise awareness so more people can catch cancer early, like I did. If you’d like to support, whether by donating, spreading the word, or just cheering me on, I’d truly appreciate it.
