I'm stepping up against cancer!
This year, I’m taking on Relay For Life to raise funds for every person who’s ever heard the words: “you have cancer”. Cancer has impacted my family for many years. I’m raising this money for my nan who battled and beat cancer and for my dads best friend darren who unfortunately lost his battle after many years.
My dream is for people and families to never have the fear of losing a loved one or close friend. I’ve seen first hand how cancer impacts not only the person but everyone around them. The grief that comes with a loss and the sadness that comes with the diagnosis is something that no one should feel. I’m hoping the money raised can go towards cancer research.
