We’re ROLLING out against cancer!
Rink Revolution Bundaberg is proud to bring ROLLERSKATING to Relay For Life 2026, helping our community come together to celebrate, remember and fight back against cancer.
This year, our Relay For Life skate means even more to us as our reason to relay has become deeply personal.
Our team leader, Nick, has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is about to undergo radiation and chemotherapy treatment in Brisbane over the next seven weeks. At the time of the Relay for Life skate, he’ll be right in the middle of his treatment journey.
During this incredibly challenging time, Cancer Council has been there to support Nick and family while he receives treatment away from home. Knowing firsthand the difference this support makes has given our team an even greater purpose for being part of Relay For Life this year.
Every lap skated, every dollar raised and every donation made helps Cancer Council continue providing vital support services, accommodation, care and hope to families facing cancer.
Cancer affects so many people in our community, and now it’s affecting one of our own. We’re skating for Nick, for every family facing this fight, for every survivor who deals with what comes after cancer, physically, mentally and emotionally, and for a future where nobody has to face cancer alone.
Thank you for supporting our team and helping us make a difference.
