I'm stepping up against cancer!

This year, Relay For Life is a little more personal for me.

I’m currently undergoing treatment for Stage 1 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and while I never expected cancer to become part of my story, again, here we are.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have supported me through the scary bits, the uncertainty, the appointments and everything in between. Now I’m hoping to turn some of that experience into something positive by taking part in Relay For Life and helping raise money for cancer research, support and care.

I’m still very much me... just with a few more hospital appointments, a lot more medical jargon, and a very strong desire to kick cancer’s ass 💜
