I'm stepping up against cancer!

This year, I am taking on Relay For Life to raise funds for every person who has ever heard the words: “you have cancer”.

Cancer is a devastating disease that touches far too many lives, including those of our friends, families and colleagues. For me, I am walking for my beautiful friends Tegan and Jess, who have recently faced cancer; in memory of my dearly loved Uncle and Grandad, who we lost to cancer; for a close family member who thankfully overcame cancer; and for everyone else impacted by the big, ugly C word.

With your support, I hope to help as many people impacted by cancer as possible. Together, we can support families when they need it most, empower people to reduce their risk, speak up for communities, and find new ways to better detect and treat cancer.

Every step I take is one closer to a cancer-free future. Please donate to my Relay and together we can help Cancer Council provide life-changing support services, advocacy, prevention and research across Australia.

Thank you for stepping up with me. Together, we can make powerful strides against cancer! 💛

So far this year I've helped provide:

My Updates

24 Hours. So Many Reasons.

On 7 November, I will be taking part in the Cancer Council Relay for Life in Euroa, joining a friend for the 24-hour relay to help raise funds for cancer research, support and prevention.

Like so many people, cancer has touched my life and the lives of people I love far too many times.

I am walking for my beautiful friends Tegan and Jess, who have both recently faced their own battles with cancer.

I am walking in memory of my much-loved Uncle and Grandad, who we sadly lost to cancer.

I am walking for a close family member who faced cancer and thankfully came through the other side.

And I am walking for every person and every family who has heard that frightening word and suddenly found their world turned upside down.

Cancer does not discriminate. It arrives at completely unexpected moments and affects not only the person diagnosed, but their family, friends and everyone who loves them.

The big, ugly C word touches far too many lives.

So, for 24 hours, our team will keep moving. We will walk to remember those we have lost, support those who are fighting or recovering, celebrate those who have come through the other side, and help raise funds for a future where fewer people have to face cancer.

Every dollar raised helps Cancer Council continue its work in cancer research, prevention, information and support.

If you can donate, no matter how big or small, I would be incredibly grateful.

This one is for Tegan, Jess, my Uncle, my Grandad, my family, and everyone whose life has been touched by cancer. 💛
