💜 Why I’m Relaying
This October, I’ll be taking part in Border (Albury Wodonga) Relay For Life with an amazing team of family and friends.
This year, Relay feels especially personal to me. My Grandma is a cancer survivor, and my Uncle is currently fighting cancer. Like so many families, we’ve experienced what it means to have someone you love affected by this disease — from the uncertainty and fear that comes with a diagnosis, to the strength it takes to fight and the relief of seeing someone come out the other side.
I’ll be walking for my Grandma, my Uncle, those we’ve lost, those still fighting, those who have survived, and everyone who may face cancer in the future. 💜
Relay For Life brings our community together to celebrate survivors, recognise those currently fighting and remember those we have lost, while raising vital funds for Cancer Council’s research, prevention and support services.
Every lap has a purpose, and every donation helps.
If you’re able to support me, I’d be incredibly grateful. No donation is too small, and every dollar brings us one step closer to making a difference for people and families affected by cancer.
Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my page or supported our team so far. It genuinely means so much to me and my family.
For my Grandma, my Uncle, and everyone affected by cancer — this one’s for you. 💜🎗️
