Cancer impacts so many of us, and this year, we’re fighting back. Our team 'De-feeting cancer' are taking on Relay For Life to raise vital funds for people impacted by cancer.

We are a passionate team brought together by a shared purpose—to walk in honour, in memory, and in hope. For many of us, cancer is deeply personal. Some of our team members have watched loved ones battle bravely, while others have felt the heartbreak of losing someone far too soon. Whether it's a parent, grandparent, sibling, friend, or neighbour, we all walk for someone.

In Australia, around 134,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year. They could be our loved ones, our colleagues, or even ourselves. But we’re determined to make sure more people—and their families—get the support they need during the hardest times of their lives.

Cancer is a devastating disease that touches almost every life in some way. But today, we are not walking in sadness—we are walking in strength. We walk to honour those we’ve lost, to support those still fighting, and to celebrate those who have survived. Every step we take is a step toward greater awareness, greater compassion, and a future with fewer families facing the pain of cancer.
