Every cent, Every life and Every Lap matters
This year, members of Riverina Police District are coming together to take part in Relay for Life Wagga Wagga, standing alongside those affected by cancer and remembering those we’ve lost.
Cancer touches almost every family and community in some way. In Australia, around 134,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year. They could be our loved ones, our colleagues, or even ourselves. By taking part, we’re showing our support for those currently fighting, those who have fought, the families and loved ones who stand beside them.
We’re proud to walk together as a team, raise much-needed funds and show that our community stands together when it matters most. Every donation, every lap and every bit of support makes a difference. Our team are taking on Relay For Life to raise vital funds for people impacted by cancer and important cancer research.
