About Relay For Life
This website and service is provided by Cancer Council for the purposes of participating and or donating to Cancer Council via our Relay For Life events.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include all taxes and charges
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars only (and include all appropriate shipping/handling charges and taxes).

Refunds policy
Cancer Council do not offer refunds and our general policy is to treat your money as a donation. Should you have made an error whilst registering or donating please contact  your local Cancer Council office for assistance.

Shipping and delivery
Cancer Council will distribute any merchandise purchased as part of your registration at the Relay you have registered for, if not prior at an Information Session about your Relay. Should you have any queries please contact  your local Cancer Council office for assistance.

Storage of credit card information
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates, which is the industry standard for encrypting your credit card and debit card numbers, your name and address so that it cannot be viewed by any third party over the internet.  Your financial information is encrypted on our servers and access to this information is restricted to authorised Cancer Council employees only.

Cancer Council is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Website usage information and cookies
When you access our website, we may use software embedded in our website (such as Javascript) and we may place small data files (or cookies) on your computer or other device to collect information about which pages you view and how you reach them, what you do when you visit a page, the length of time you remain on the page and how we perform in providing content to you.  Our website may use Google Analytics features, which tracks your internet usage and discloses this to other members of the Google Ad network.

A cookie does not identify individuals personally, but it does identify computers.  You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and this will provide you with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance. We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyse trends, track users' movements, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site and deliver customised, personalised content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The Cancer Council in your State or Territory is collecting the information in this form for the purpose of registering you for this event or campaign and to enlist your support for Cancer Council.  If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to participate or provide support.

Cancer Council may use your details to send you information and direct marketing communications about Cancer Council’s and third parties’ products, services, events, fundraising or any other activities which we consider may be of interest to you.  You may unsubscribe by contacting us.  

We may disclose your information to our contractors, third party service providers, volunteers and agents that may assist Cancer Council with fundraising.
